主な職務内容
- クライアントおよび社内のビジネス戦略に基づく Windchill PLM コンサルタント 戦略の策定および技術リード
- スケーラビリティ、セキュリティ、可用性を考慮した Windchill ソリューション(モジュール構成、設計、カスタマイズ)の設計
- Windchill の新規導入、アップグレード、移行プロジェクトにおけるエンドツーエンドのテクニカルリード
- ビジネス部門、設計 ・ 製造、 IT チームと連携し、業務要件を技術ソリューションへ変換
- 開発 ・ 運用チームへの技術的メンタリングおよびアーキテクチャレビューの実施
- ERP 、 CAD 、 MES などのエンタープライズシステムとの統合アーキテクチャ設計 ・ 統括
- ITAR 、 ISO 、サイバーセキュリティ要件など、グローバル規制 ・ 標準への準拠確保
- パフォーマンス最適化、キャパシティプランニング、システム健全性の継続的改善
- PTC 製品ロードマップや最新技術トレンドを踏まえた、将来を見据えた技術提案
必須スキル ・ 経験
- PTC Windchill における 5- 9 年以上の実務経験
- Windchill モジュール( PDMLink 、 MPMLink 、 ProjectLink 等)に関する高度な専門知識
- Windchill カスタマイズ、 InfoEngine 、 API を用いた開発経験
- Web サービス、 API 、ミドルウェアを用いたエンタープライズ統合の設計 ・ 実装経験
- Java 、 JSP 、 XML 、および Windchill ビジネスルール/ワークフロー設計の高いスキル
- Windchill アップグレードおよび大規模データ移行プロジェクトの経験
- グローバルチームでのリーダーシップ経験
- 日本語および英語によるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力
歓迎スキル ・ 経験 ( 必須ではない )
- Windchill 12.x 、 ThingWorx Navigate の導入 ・ 設計経験

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Consultant PLM Windchill to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PTC Windchill architecture, integration strategies, and PLM best practices. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our digital product lifecycle management landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the Windchill PLM architecture strategy aligned with business goals
- Design scalable and secure Windchill solutions, including module selection, system configuration, and customizations
- Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects, including planning, execution, and post-deployment support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams
- Oversee integration of Windchill with ERP, CAD, MES, and other enterprise systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as ITAR, ISO, and cybersecurity protocols
- Conduct performance tuning, system health checks, and capacity planning
- Stay current with PTC product roadmap and recommend adoption of new features or technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-9 years of experience with PTC Windchill
- Currently residing in Japan or possessing a valid work authorization to work in Japan.
- Deep understanding of Windchill modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, ProjectLink, etc.)
- Strong experience in Windchill customization, InfoEngine, and APIs
- Expertise in system integration using middleware, web services, and APIs
- Proficiency in Java, JSP, XML, and Windchill Business Rules Framework
- Experience with Windchill upgrades and data migrations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Business or Native Japanese and English language capability. (English can be relaxed if Native Japanese)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Windchill 12.x and ThingWorx Navigate
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, medical devices)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- PTC certifications (e.g., Windchill Architect, Windchill System Admin) are a plus
