The project involves robust application maintenance and support for multiple Windchill PLM instances & CAD applications. Support involves System Administrative Services, Business Administrative Services and End User Support Services. Support activity will be in Japan, China & India. It is maintaining Functional and Technical documentation. Providing Windchill PLM customization and Automation of CAD tool as per business needs.

The responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating discussion with stakeholders, developing solutions, developing statements of work and coming up with project plans.
  • Planning, supporting Windchill Monthly maintenance and upgrades as per product owner (PTC).
  • Windchill System Administrative Services and Business Administrative Services.
  • Resolve technical and functional issues on Windchill PLM and CAD (SolidWorks & AutoCAD).
  • Mentor the support team to resolve complex CAD issues.
  • Resolving Windchill workflow issues.
Skill Description:
  • Japanese and English Language -> Proficient level
  • Windchill and CAD end user support.
  • Windchill customization.
