Senior Consultant- .NET
Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant-.Net. As a Senior Consultant, specializing in .NET Framework or VB .NET and its related technologies, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive technical excellence across all stages of Software Application and maintenance support, including Incident analysis, Root cause Analysis, Solution Design and Enhancements. You will support incidents around and enhance application environment. You will also perform root cause analysis to fix the issues. You will lead the development and deployment of .NET Framework or VB .NET applications, ensuring high-quality code deliverables, automation efficiency, and system scalability. Beyond technical execution, you will foster a culture of learning and collaboration, where best practices, innovation, and diversity are valued. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing team productivity, driving agile transformations, and optimizing the .NET Framework or VB .NET applications to meet business objectives effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate can be located anywhere in the US. This position will require travel to project locations.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with .NET Framework or VB .NET or its related technologies such as ASP.NET, HTML, CSS and Angular JS frameworks.
Strong ability to collaborate in a diverse/multi-stakeholder environment, ensuring to work with other teams and with clients to meet the SLAs and resolution of incidents.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Application maintenance and support. You need to work on incidents and perform root cause analysis to fix the issues.
Working experience with SQL and relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
Working experience with Unix/Linux systems, shell scripting, and working with CI/CD pipelines.
At least 4 years of experience in the software development life cycle, including Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices
At least 4 years of experience in project life cycle activities, including support and maintenance of .NET Framework or VB .NET applications.
Strong analytical skills, including troubleshooting .NET Framework or VB .NET applications and improving platform performance
Experience and enthusiasm for working in a global delivery environment, managing enterprise-wide .NET Framework or VB .NET applications deployments and governance
Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, as the role involves 24/7 support coverage.

Preferred Qualifications:
Agile & Scrum Leadership: Experience in leading Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog management using any ALM tool.
Process Optimization: Proven ability to streamline workflows and improve efficiency using any ALM tool.
Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Risk & Compliance Management: Ability to assess project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA/ WA/NY/CO/MD/IL/MN/NJ: $73,000 to $102,200
In Washington, DC: $66,500 to $100,300
