Senior Consultant - Financial Business Analyst
Infosys is seeking a Financial Business Analyst. The role will need an Associate Consultant with financial domain experience. This position's primary responsibility will be to help clients with strategy definition, value realization, implementation, and operations. The role holder will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, controls and process artifacts and implement the process deployment. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology or Finance
- Experience as a Business Analyst.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
- Ability to deliver results in a techno-functional role, in an Agile environment.
- Good understanding of SQL / Python / other technologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to translate business data analysis into actionable tasks.
- Ability to author thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation, including customer journey maps, user stories, use cases and test scripts.
- Analyze user requirements to define business objectives.
- Facilitate the gathering and elicitation of business requirements from key stakeholders and business partners focused around solving organizational challenges.
- Prioritize user stories and work expected within the Sprints for squad based on urgency, pervasiveness (the greater good) and organizational goals.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to identify risks and issues and propose improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
