Senior Consultant - Finance & Accounting

We are looking for a candidate with:

Fluency in English (C1) and Polish (C1/C2) - essential for effective client communication
Solid Tax and Accounting knowledge - minimum 10 years of experience in the Tax and Accounting area
Finance and Accounting Process Excellence - demonstrated end - to - end experience in finance and accounting; SAP knowledge is a strong asset
Extensive Project and Change Management expertise - at least 5 years of hands-on experience, with a strong focus on Finance and Accounting
Process Optimization skills - proven track record in process improvement, redesign, and harmonization
Innovative mindset - creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Analytical and consulting strengths - exceptional problem - solving abilities, business acumen, and strong quantitative/analytical skills
Stakeholder management capabilities - ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project plans and outcomes

Your key activities:
Project and Change Management
• Oversee project and consulting teams: allocate resources, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team members have the support and tools needed to succeed. Foster open communication and the exchange of ideas.
• Lead change management initiatives: identify and engage key stakeholders, facilitate meetings across leadership levels, develop communication plans, and ensure a positive end-user experience while escalating issues promptly.
Knowledge & Skills Management
• Drive capability building: organize and deliver trainings, workshops, and webinars; act as a subject matter expert; and foster Communities of Practice.
• Provide coaching and mentorship: guide team members on projects, support their development, and ensure successful delivery through effective mentoring.
Customer Relationship Management
• Act as a trusted advisor, personalize interactions using customer insights, and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote services and the team's reputation: identify and recommend suitable solutions to clients and represent the company at industry events, webinars, and in academic partnerships.
Solution Design & Business Development
• Drive business development: proactively identify and pursue new opportunities, support contract extensions, and contribute to revenue growth.
