Role: Senior Consultant FICO
Role Objectives
- Lead deployment and global template enhancements for large-scale manufacturing programs in Japan.
- Focus on solution architecture, template governance, localization design, and promoting build implementation through the development team.
- End-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architecture.
- SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Support Project experience.
- Strong configuration and support experience with FI components:
- FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA.
- Understanding of Japan's tax and accounting procedures.
- Experience in closing, statutory and financial reporting.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across integrated SAP modules.
- Strong architectural leadership across the core value stream.
- Lead Solution Discovery, Standard Conformity Workshop, Architecture Design for Japanese Expansion.
- Act as design authority, approving solution deviations and ensuring compliance with governance.
- Define and manage integrated architectures for SAP and non-SAP systems (MES, PMC, legacy, third-party tools).
- Provide clear direction for solution and promote build implementation.
- Liaise with Japanese business stakeholders, global process owners, and IT leadership.
- Lead roll-out programs across Blueprint, Build, Test, Cut-Over, and Go-Live stages.
- Ensure compliance with Japanese business processes, statutory, auditing, and control requirements.
- Essential: Large Manufacturing/Automotive.
- Additional strengths:
- Discrete manufacturing.
- Supply chain and production planning.
- Quality, logistics, and cost management.
- Japanese manufacturing standards and practices.
- Experience in multi-country deployment with a single S/4HANA global template.
- Work experience with Japan's OEM and Tier 1 suppliers.
- SAP S/4HANA certification.
