Role: CRM Sr Consultant - AI (JL5) Number of Openings: 1 Position Relevant Yrs. of experience 8-10 years of experience in developing and delivering global/regional IT capabilities
3-4 years of lead experience in managing functional/technical delivery
3-4 years in end to end implementation of AI solutions Mandatory skills Technical Skills & Experience
- Should have a hands-on experience in key modules of D365 CRM (including but not limited to D365 Customer Services, Customer Insight - Journey: Real-time Marketing and D365 Sale modules)
- Should be having good understanding on PowerApps, Power Automate flows
Requires a good hands-on D365 configuration and customizations. - Good exposure to business and system analysis
- Strong AI skills with end-to-end AI implementation

- Proven experience of translating end user requirements into software capabilities
- Experience of building POCs/presales processes and supporting new opportunity bids
- Experience in Agile delivery experience
- Design, Develop and implement AI models to address business challenges
- Deploying AI solutions into production environments and ensuring their integration with existing systems.
- Monitoring and evaluating performance of the AI systems
