Business Consulting (Domain Expert)

Primary Skill Required and Responsibilities
Responsibilities

  • Use Case Discovery & Shaping: Lead discovery sessions to unpack raw business requirements, mapping out existing workflows, pain points, user personas, and target outcomes.
  • Domain Logic Codification: Translate complex business guidelines, regulatory constraints, and industry domain practices into logical flowcharts, agent instructions, and structured system prompts.
  • Data Strategy & Grounding Curation: Work with client SMEs to identify, collect, and validate high-quality knowledge assets (documents, manuals, FAQs, databases) required to ground the AI system's responses.
  • Evaluation & Quality Benchmark Design: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with FDEs to construct the golden test datasets and evaluation frameworks (e.g., accuracy, brand compliance, safety, and latency benchmarks).
  • Change Management & User Acceptance: Partner with customer business units to guide user testing, compile feedback loops, and assist in operational change management for seamless adoption of the Agentic System.
Core Competencies/Required Skills
  • Business Architecture & Process Mapping: Exceptional ability to dissect complex, manual enterprise processes and redesign them for an AI-first paradigm.
  • Generative AI Functional Design: Deep understanding of LLM behaviors, prompt engineering strategies, RAG concepts, and how agentic behaviors apply to business issues.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong vertical-specific knowledge (e.g., FSI, healthcare, retail, manufacturing) to ensure the AI system speaks the "language" of the customer.

• 業務ロジックの体系化（ Domain Logic Codification ） : 複雑な業務ルール、規制要件、および業界特有の知見を論理フロー図、エージェント向け指示、および構造化されたシステムプロンプトへと変換する。
• データ戦略およびナレッジ基盤整備（ Data Strategy & Grounding Curation ） : 顧客の業務有識者（ SME ）と連携し、 AI システムの回答品質を支える高品質なナレッジ資産（文書、マニュアル、 FAQ 、データベースなど）の特定、収集、および検証を実施する。
• 評価基準および品質指標の設計（ Evaluation & Quality Benchmark Design ） : 重要業績評価指標（ KPI ）を定義し、 FDE （ Forward Deployed Engineer ）と連携してゴールデンテストデータセットおよび評価フレームワーク（精度、ブランド準拠性、安全性、応答速度など）を構築する。
