Position Description:
The Senior Consultant will be responsible for leading and anchoring engagement efforts across assignments, encompassing business process consulting, Quality Assurance, and deployment activities. You will drive problem definition, solution discovery, and guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and execution strategies. As a domain thought leader, you will provide key advisory support on test approaches and planning reviews.
In this position, you will also be responsible for anchoring business pursuit initiatives, conducting client training, and building in-house capabilities. You will play a critical role in shaping value-driven consulting solutions that enable clients to adapt to evolving global business needs and deliver successful outcomes.
Essential Responsibilities:
- HPS PowerCARD - Merchant Acquiring and Issuing testing experience
- Credit/Debit card business processes and understanding of switches and scheme providers
- Experience in POS, ATM, Wallets and mobile banking
- Strong understanding of Banking processes
- Agile Framework
- JIRA/Confluence experience
- Excellent customer interfacing skills and team management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, testing, or consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes, release management, and QA methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with test management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability in problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in client interfacing and working in global delivery environments.
- Experience in leading or anchoring QA consulting engagements or transformation initiatives.
- Strong exposure to Agile / DevOps frameworks and test strategy definition.
- Domain expertise in banking/cards systems or enterprise platforms (e.g., HPS PowerCard, similar systems)
- Proven track record of working in a cross functional and virtual teams
- Broad technical understanding and ability to learn fast
- Strong team player with interpersonal, influencing and team building skills, and proven ability to work in a matrix environment
- Strong analytical and data evaluating skills
- Able to manage and resolve conflicts
- Clear thinker with ability to prioritize based on business objectives
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with colleagues and suppliers at all levels
