Salary: AUD 150742 - 171215 Annual Gross

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Acurity Developer to support BAU operations and ongoing enhancements on the Iress Acurity platform for a leading superannuation client. The role involves production support, issue resolution, and continuous system improvements . Key Responsibilities 1. BAU / Production Support
- Provide L2/L3 support for Acurity-based applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, defects, and service requests
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
- Monitor and support batch jobs, data loads, and integrations
2. Development & Enhancements
- Develop and enhance solutions on Iress Acurity platform
- Customize and integrate Acurity modules to meet client needs
- Deliver small enhancements and continuous improvements
3. Data & System Maintenance
- Perform SQL data fixes and validation
- Support data processing, EOFY activities, and reporting changes
- Handle configuration and template updates
4. System Analysis & Optimization
- Analyse system performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Implement solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and stability
5. Collaboration & Documentation
- Work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates
Required Skills & Experience
Core Skills
- 4+ years (6+ preferred) experience in Iress Acurity platform
- Strong exposure to Superannuation domain
- Experience in production support / BAU environments
Technical Skills
- Programming: .NET / Java / Python (any one)
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience in:
- Batch jobs & job monitoring
- Data loads & integrations
- Reporting (Acurity Architect preferred
Support & Operational Skills
- Experience with incident management & ITIL processes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced BAU environment
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Typically 5-10+ years overall IT experience
