Senior Network Engineer
Objective of the Position
We are looking for a Senior Network Specialist with solid experience in the design, implementation, operation and evolution of enterprise network infrastructures. He will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, developing and executing work plans, supporting architecture and engineering activities, and proposing continuous improvements that increase the availability, scalability and security of the platform.
Mandatory
- Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate networks or Data Center environments.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing complex solutions.
- Participation in architecture, migration or technological modernization projects.
- Experience leading critical changes in production environments.
- Technical knowledge in Cisco Routing & Switching,
- OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
- High availability and redundancy solutions.
- Advanced network troubleshooting.
- Security Enterprise firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or other equivalents).
- NAT, VPN, security policies, and traffic analytics.
- Balancers : F5 BIG-IP management and deployment. F5 LTM.
- Experience in F5 GTM/DNS desirable.
- Load balancing and high availability solutions.
- Transportation Knowledge of MPLS networks.
- Optical link diagnosis and analysis.
- Required Certifications Current Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent
- F5 BIG-IP Administrator certification or similar
- Certifications in firewall platforms (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet or equivalent).
- Architecture certifications or network specialization.
- Analytical thinking and vision of architecture.
- Ability to propose improvements and support technical decisions.
- Technical leadership.
- Results-oriented.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Design, implement and optimize corporate network solutions.
- Develop and execute work plans for changes and implementations in production environments.
- Participate in architecture, engineering, and technological modernization activities.
- Identify risks, single points of failure, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the analysis and resolution of complex incidents.
- Generate technical documentation, procedures, diagrams and rollback plans.
- Coordinate activities with technical areas, manufacturers and customers.
