Senior Business Data Analyst

Infosys Limited is seeking a Senior Business Analyst. In this role, you will partner with our clients to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements that enable successful delivery of technology solutions. The Senior Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and value realization throughout the project lifecycle. You will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, and supporting solution design and implementation.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Pittsburg, PA or be willing to relocate to the areas.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to map them to technology solutions
• Hands-on experience working in projects using: Azure Data Factory(ADF), Azure Databricks or Fivetran or similar ingestion tools (e.g. Stitch, Matillion
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Fluency with JIRA, Confluence, and process modelling tools (Visio, Lucidchart).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering data products or analytics products in a multi-cloud or hybrid environment.
• Exposure to reporting and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks (data quality, cataloging, stewardship).
• Experience working with global delivery teams.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Azure Data Fundamentals, Snowflake SnowPro, or Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe) are a plus.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
