Technology - Infrastructure Engineer - Active Directory, Citrix & VMware

Role Summary
Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory environments, including GPOs, DNS, DHCP, OU administration, identity management, and access controls.
• Manage and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure.
• Administer VMware virtualization platforms including ESXi, vCenter, clustering, HA, and DR solutions.
• Perform infrastructure monitoring, incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis.
• Execute system upgrades, patching, maintenance, and lifecycle management activities.
• Support infrastructure transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Network, Security, Storage, Backup, and Cloud teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident management activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.
