Senior Associate Consultant - Business Analyst
Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst . In the role of Business Analyst, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your Business Analysis skills and Domain proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Project initiation, Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, Design and Testing. You will play an important role in creating requirements documents and in initial Data Analysis. You will also deliver BRDs, Requirement's specifications for modules/applications, and lead validation for all types of functional/non-functional testing and support activities related to tracking, work allocation and status reporting. Location for this position is New jersey / Charlotte / Atlanta/Plano/Delaware. This position may require 10% or less travel and may require relocation.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary, Alberta orbe willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.

- Experience in Regulatory reporting / AML/ Capital Markets / Consumer Banking
- Experience in Trade surveillance, Data Analysis, SQL
Preferred Qualifications
- This BA need is for the engagement for Regulatory reporting program for a large financial client in US. Expertise in analysis, coordination with stakeholders, deriving business logic and working with multiple stakeholders is highly desired. Knowledge of Banking applications landscape, deployment strategy is essential.
- The said candidate will need to work with senior Bank Leadership team & stakeholders based out of US and to be positioned at onsite and lead business analysis effort supporting the dev team and business stakeholders.
- Business Analysis experience in Financial industry specifically in regulatory reporting or capital markets experience.
- Transaction reporting experience in Cftc, emir, Mifid II
- Experience working in Financial Services industry, preferably Regulatory reporting. AML, Risk/ /Capital Markets/Trade Surveillance Experience working in consumer banking
- Strong processes experience in various financial instruments including Derivatives - OTC / ETD
- Well experienced with Data Analysis, analyzing, validating and documenting business requirements, preparing BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, User Acceptance Criteria and Backlogs. He should be is well versed with SDLC methods like Agile / SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in PPT to create business oriented presentations for Business Sponsors and senior management
- Good presentation and articulation skills - being able to make presentation to senior leadership as required, manage effective communication between business partners and technology teams
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Experience with project management
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
- Experience in SQL, PLSQL, Python or any other data analysis tool will be added advantage.
- Experience in Regulatory reporting / AML/ Capital Markets / Consumer Banking
- Experience in Trade surveillance, Data Analysis, SQL
