• Should have good understanding on key modules of D365 CRM (including but not limited to D365 Customer Services, Customer Insight - Journey: Real-time Marketing and D365 Sale modules)
• Should be having good understanding on PowerApps, Power Automate flows
  Requires a good hands-on D365 configuration and customizations.

Job Description Responsibilities:

• Ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle.
• Increase efficiency by managing processes, resources, and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Hands-on experience in Design Solutions that involve Dynamics customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins.
• Requires working with individuals and teams from development through implementation across organizations.
• Experience in performing complex application development projects on the Microsoft stack.
• Experience in configuring and deploying business functionality using Microsoft Dynamics on Cloud. Resource should be comfortable designing and deploying solutions.
• Interpret user and system requirements into design specifications.
• Design and code applications in line with programming standards.
• Provide primary support for installation of application releases.
• Maintain applications as defined in service level agreements.
• Build and test new components or enhancements to existing modules
• Familiarity in Change Requests & Support organization processes and responsibilities
• Experience of building POCs/presales processes and supporting new opportunity bids
