Role: - Senior Associate Consultant ( Reconciliation Business Analyst)
Location: - Sydney (On-site)
Status- 6 Months Full-Time Contract (With potential extension)
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
NOTE - Only applicants with Australia full work right, i.e., holding a valid visa will be considered for the role.
JOB DESCRIPTION: -
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major banking technology transformation initiative. This role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on experience with reconciliation systems, and the ability to work closely with technology teams to deliver high-quality specifications and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Mandatory: Work across business and technology teams to support the transformation and implementation of reconciliation platforms (TLM or similar tools).
- Analyse, interpret, and document end-to-end business and technical requirements.
- Develop detailed technology layouts, data mapping documents, and interface specifications (IFS).
- Prepare high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and support solution design discussions.
- Conduct data analysis using Excel and analytics tools to validate, reconcile, and interpret data from transaction and payments systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of banking reconciliations and related processes.
- Experience in technology transformation or system implementation within financial services.
- Proven experience in preparing:
- Technology layouts
- Data mapping and interface specification documents
- BRDs
- Proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools for analysing financial/transactional data.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be Sydney-based.
