Role: - Senior Associate Consultant ( Reconciliation Business Analyst)
Location: - Sydney (On-site)
Status- 6 Months Full-Time Contract (With potential extension)
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION: -
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major banking technology transformation initiative. This role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on experience with reconciliation systems, and the ability to work closely with technology teams to deliver high-quality specifications and documentation.

• Mandatory: Work across business and technology teams to support the transformation and implementation of reconciliation platforms (TLM or similar tools).
• Analyse, interpret, and document end-to-end business and technical requirements.
• Develop detailed technology layouts, data mapping documents, and interface specifications (IFS).
• Prepare high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and support solution design discussions.
• Conduct data analysis using Excel and analytics tools to validate, reconcile, and interpret data from transaction and payments systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business outcomes.

• Strong understanding of banking reconciliations and related processes.
• Experience in technology transformation or system implementation within financial services.
• Proven experience in preparing:
  • Technology layouts
  • Data mapping and interface specification documents
  • BRDs
• Proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools for analysing financial/transactional data.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be Sydney-based.
