We're seeking a seasoned Associate Consultant/Senior Associate Consultant to provide and lead customer support across platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in o wning and supporting reliable, secure enterprise technology services across corporate offices, farms, logistics facilities and remote or international sites. The role combines Level 2 and Level 3 infrastructure support with administration of Farm Management Systems, B2B interfaces and field technology.

Location: Melbourne , Australia.
Salary Range: 90,243 AUD - 91921 AUD (Annual Gross).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administer and support FMS applications used for farm profiles, properties, blocks, crops, production plans, field activities, harvest records, quality information and operational reporting.
- Coordinate user access, role-based permissions, master data, configuration, release validation and issue resolution across farm, field and support teams.
- Support mobile and shared-device workflows used in farms, packing, logistics and remote locations, including enrolment, connectivity, application deployment and kiosk configuration.
- Monitor data quality and interface exceptions, working with business users and vendors to resolve duplicate, incomplete, delayed or failed farm transactions.
- Contribute to FMS enhancements, integrations and deployments by documenting requirements, coordinating testing, supporting cutover and maintaining operational procedures.
- Support B2B data exchanges between the FMS and external customers, suppliers, growers, logistics providers and other enterprise applications.
- Monitor scheduled interfaces and transaction flows such as farm or grower master data, purchase or supply transactions, inventory movements, harvest and quality records, dispatch information and acknowledgements.
- Triage failed messages and integration incidents, validate source and target data, coordinate replay or correction activities, and maintain an auditable incident record.
- Work with application, integration, security and vendor teams on interface specifications, authentication, certificates, secure file transfer, APIs, EDI or other approved integration methods.
- Support partner onboarding, connectivity testing, production readiness checks and post-deployment stabilisation.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online or hybrid services, Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access and account lifecycle processes.
- Provision and manage access for employees, contractors, vendors and approved project participants in line with least-privilege and access-governance requirements.
- Investigate access, authentication, mailbox and collaboration issues and coordinate restoration where business-critical data is affected.
- Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, virtualisation and supporting SQL Server connectivity or user administration.
- Support enterprise networking across office, farm and logistics locations, including switching, wireless, VLANs, routing, SD-WAN, firewalls and remote connectivity.
- Assess and deliver connectivity for new or remote sites using suitable terrestrial, mobile or satellite services, then transition the completed solution into support.
- Coordinate telecommunications, hardware and software vendors through planning, implementation, handover and incident resolution.
- Investigate security alerts and incidents using enterprise security tools and follow approved escalation and evidence-handling processes.
- Administer endpoint and mobility platforms for laptops, tablets, handheld devices, kiosks and shared devices, including provisioning, compliance and application deployment.
- Timely resolution of incidents, failed transactions and access issues within agreed service targets.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support, manage incidents and service requests, maintain knowledge articles, and communicate clearly with operational stakeholders during outages.
- Participate in change, problem, continuity and recovery activities, including testing, rollback planning and service restoration.
- Substantial experience in enterprise infrastructure or systems administration supporting distributed, operationally critical environments.
- Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, Intune or comparable cloud and endpoint platforms.
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, wireless, firewalls, remote-site connectivity and structured troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting business applications, SQL connectivity and application integrations in partnership with vendors or internal delivery teams.
- Practical exposure to Farm Management Systems, agribusiness platforms, field mobility solutions or agricultural operations technology.
- Experience supporting B2B integrations, partner interfaces, APIs, EDI, secure file transfer or transaction-monitoring processes.
- Advanced Diploma, degree or equivalent industry experience in information technology, computer systems or a related discipline.
- Prior working experience in the Australia public sector including Farm Management Systems, agribusiness platforms, field mobility solutions or agricultural operations technology.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically
