Infosys is seeking a Senio r APIGEE Developer/Administrator C onsultant. As a Senior APIGEE Developer/Administrator Consultant you will be primarily responsible for developing APIGEEprocesses in the Kanban team. You will be responsible for deliverables in the scrum team and will be also contributing to building the reusable components on APIGEE Gatewaytechnologies. You will work closely with the technical lead in reviews and technical issue resolution along with the scrum master to ensure timely deliverables of assigned work, interfaces, processes etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience

- Location for this position is Phoenix, AZ. This position requires relocation and/or travel to client/project location.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs using APIGEE Gateway platform.
- Configure and manage APIGEE administrative tasks including policies, access control, analytics, and runtime management.
- Strong hands-on experience in Linux to develop scripts and maintain Apigee components.
- Implement Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines for API lifecycle management.
- Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP-based services, including integration with internal/external systems via APIs and file transfers.
- Ensure secure API interactions using protocols such as OAuth2, JWT, TLS, and tools like Okta.
- Lead and participate in design reviews, code reviews, and testing phases of the project lifecycle.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support existing integrations and APIGEE platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, security, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards such as HIPAA and HITECH.
- Hands-on experience in API development and APIGEE gateway configuration.
- Strong proficiency in APIGEE Gateway, API Manager, and Runtime Manager.
- Expertise in Git version control and release management.
- Experience with SQL Server - complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning.
- Familiarity with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and flat file formats.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) .
- Strong understanding of application security and secure API interactions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban) and tools like JIRA.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in project management and leading technical teams.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture and design principles.
- Integration experience with SuccessFactors and other third-party solutions.
- APIGEE platform certifications (e.g., Azure APIGEE, Apigee Certified Professional)
