Senior Accounting Team Lead with English

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Fluent English
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting area
  • Previous experience in a team lead or coordinator role
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience in an SSC/BPO environment will be an advantage
  • University degree (preferred)
  • Ability to quickly learn and implement new systems/ERP solutions within the team
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
Your responsibilities:
Team leadership & process coordination
  • Leading and supporting a team with daily activities
  • Monitoring team performance and ensuring delivery against SLAs and KPIs
  • Onboarding, training, and development of team members
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with client representatives
  • Ensuring process compliance and maintaining up-to-date documentation
