Infosys Brazil is looking for Consultant SAP MM (entry to intermediate level) interested in learning and transitioning to SAP VIM / ICC (OpenText).
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Provide AMS support for SAP VIM (OpenText).
- Analyze and resolve incidents and recurring issues.
- Support end users in VIM-related processes.
- Assist with VIM configuration, such as document types, business rules, and roles.
- Analyze integration issues between VIM, ICC (OCR), and external invoice intake systems.
- Perform functional error analysis and propose fixes or improvements.
- Document cases and solutions for the AMS knowledge base.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP MM, especially Invoice Verification (MM-IV).
- Initial exposure to SAP VIM or experience in support/projects (even in a support role).
- Strong interest in learning SAP VIM 7.5+ configuration.
- General knowledge of invoice and fiscal document processing; NF-e (Brazil) is a plus.
- Interest in integrations, especially with ICC (OCR).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable.
- ServiceNow knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to use ABAP Debugger at functional level - (wish to have)
- Basic understanding of enhancements (user-exits, BADIs) - (wish to have)
