The Team

Our Digital Platforms Practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable brands deliver value and business transformation enabled by digital ERP solutions and services. Our ERP services, covering strategy, implementation and innovation, help clients deliver true value and achieve their transformation agenda.

The Role

• Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.
• Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards.
• Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations.
• Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success.
• Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of Big 4/Consulting experience is a must.
• Experienced in leading challenging business transformation programs with proven program level delivery track record across full lifecycle SAP programs.
• Process/Functional Lead on at least 3 SAP S/4 Greenfield transformation programs (multi-country, end-to-end)
• Led at least one SAP Discovery / assessment phases and built business case.
• Experience in at least two verticals: Manufacturing, CRL, SURE, Life Sciences, CMT
• Team Lead or co-lead large SAP pursuits
  • Solutioning, estimation, and client orals
• Good understanding of Migration strategies (Greenfield / Brownfield / Hybrid). Experience on 1 Hybrid program is highly desirable
• Contributed to pipeline, proposals, and deal closure
• Some practice/accelerator/POV contribution
• Project-related mobility/willingness to travel

Estimated annual compensation range :- $210,000-$256,667
