SAP S/4HANA Technical Test Lead

Infosys is seeking an SAP S/4 HANA Testing - Technical Test Lead
As an SAP S/4 HANA Testing - Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Rosemead, CA or Pomona, CA or Richardson, TX or willing to relocate.
• Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Good exp in Test lead activities and in Agile methodology.
• 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Candidate must be ready to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good work experience in Test management role and strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle including Requirement, Test planning, execution and closure.
• Must have played the role of SAP S/4 migration program Test Management for large SAP S4 HANA testing programs for implementation, rollout, upgrade projects.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to define testing scope and objectives. Ensure that testing standards and methodologies are implemented and followed.
• Good knowledge of various SAP functional module focusing on asset lifecycle management, maintenance, and related processes, often within a specific industry like utilities.
• Very strong understanding and experience in S4 HANA Landscape and SAP ECC - EAM , SCM, FICO Procurement applications.
• Proven experience of Key Testing document creation such as test strategy, Test plan, test schedule, recommending test approaches etc. based on client inputs. Participate in onsite-offshore interactions as required.
• Should be able to provide daily status report, timely updates, handle escalations and able to provide inputs on critical capabilities.
• Should possess excellent MF ALM knowledge and able to demonstrate ALM work flows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client and onsite-Offshore teams. Participate in leadership meetings at onsite and provide insights related to program.

For candidates based out of Rosemead, CA estimated annual compensation will be
$ 72,269 to $ 99,007
For candidates based out of Pomona, CA estimated annual compensation will be
$ 69,938 to $ 97,669
