Role Description:
The S/4HANA EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Consultant is responsible for implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA Asset Management solutions. The role focuses on enabling efficient maintenance processes, asset lifecycle management, and operational excellence. The consultant works closely with business teams to design scalable, integrated EAM solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Location: Brisbane
Salary: AUD 150,742 - 171,215 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end S/4HANA EAM implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to plant maintenance and asset management
• Configure SAP EAM modules including Technical Objects, Maintenance Planning, Work Orders, Notifications, and Preventive Maintenance
• Conduct workshops and drive solution design for maintenance and reliability processes
• Enable integration with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FICO, PS, etc.)
• Support data migration for equipment, functional locations, and maintenance history
• Optimize maintenance strategies including preventive and predictive maintenance
• Support mobility and Fiori-based maintenance applications
• Assist in UAT, go-live, and hyper care activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and asset governance standards
Technical Expertise Requirements
• Business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specifications (FS)
• EAM solution design and configuration documentation
• Maintenance process flows and asset lifecycle models
• Data migration and asset master data setup documentation
• Test cases, test execution reports, and defect tracking
• Training materials and user manuals

Essential:
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Proven experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations or rollouts
• Deep knowledge of maintenance processes (Corrective, Preventive, Predictive)
• Expertise in technical objects (Equipment, Functional Locations)
• Experience in work order management and maintenance planning
• Understanding of integration with MM, PP, and Finance modules
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori apps for maintenance execution
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and reliability engineering concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
ADDITIONAL
• Experience with SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) or APM solutions
• Exposure to IoT-enabled predictive maintenance and Industry 4.0 use cases
• Knowledge of GIS integration or linear asset management
• Experience with mobile maintenance solutions (SAP Mobile Services)
• SAP EAM certification
• Experience in asset-intensive industries (Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing)
• Familiarity with SAP Activate and Agile delivery methodologies
