We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager - To lead a large-scale SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation using SAP Activate methodology, ensuring delivery excellence across all streams. This role demands strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and ability to manage implementation of complex manufacturing processes in a regulated environment. The Program Manager ensures that all streams (functional, technical, data, change) are aligned, risks are managed, and delivery milestones are achieved according to plan

Job Description for SAP S/4HANA Program Manager:

  • Oversee planning and execution assurance across all workstreams.
  • Experience in a people management role, leadership
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Define and maintain program charter, governance structure, and roadmap.
  • Steering Committee and PMO meetings, track KPIs and quality gates.
  • Manage risk, issue, and dependency logs; ensure timely mitigation.
  • Coordinate resource allocation, vendor management, and budget adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with clean-core principles.
  • Drive status reporting, stakeholder communication, and escalation management.

Responsibilities
  • Program Governance: Establish PMO, RAID logs, and quality assurance checkpoints.
  • Delivery Leadership: Execute SAP Activate phases, enforce agile practices, and monitor sprint velocity.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage cross-functional teams (manufacturing, supply chain, finance, quality) and external partners.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and manage escalations.
Skill Requirements
Technical Skills
  • SAP Activate Methodology: Proven experience across all phases; certification preferred.
  • Integration & Tools: Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, and program reporting tools.
  • Clean-Core Governance: Ability to enforce standardization and extension control.
  • Good understanding of SAP ERP, functional and/or technical SAP application knowledge.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, their impact on business strategies, and SAP's strategy and service portfolio.
  • Ideally have SAP S4HANA, IT Service Management, Project Management certifications

Professional Skills
  • Program Leadership: 15+ years in ERP program/project management with large-scale deployments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Aerospace/Defense/Manufacturing process understanding (shop-floor, quality, logistics).
  • Communication: Strong stakeholder engagement skills; fluent in French and English.
  • Agile Delivery: Experience in hybrid agile/waterfall environments.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to manage complexity and drive decisions under pressure.
