SAP Practice Sales Director
Infosys is hiring for a Practice Engagement Manager with SAP Sales or Consulting experience. We are hiring a new team member for the CMT Practice Sales group to support the tremendous growth in demand. Must have 9+ years of experience selling services or solutions or in a client facing, delivery or program management or consulting role.
Role Description:
As part of our SAP Practice Sales team, you will play a key role in building and cultivating relationships and opportunities within existing as well as prospective clients, selling SAP ecosystem services and solutions. You will work as a trusted advisor and position Infosys as a partner for choice for SAP.
You will work with Infosys industry new logo sales or GTM as well as client partner teams to expand business across the Americas, with a strong emphasis on the Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) sector, particularly Semiconductor clients. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative, high-quality solutions to meet our clients business needs.

This role is suited for a consultative SAP functional or techno functional seller who brings a strong sales mindset, with a proven ability to create net new pipeline, especially within Semiconductor and broader CMT domains.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 9+ years of validated experience, with strong sales or relationship management or account management experience
- 5+ years of selling SAP solutions in a client facing role, with preference for experience in Semiconductor or broader CMT industries
- Proven experience as a net new pipeline creator, particularly within CMT or Semiconductor clients
- Strong existing SAP ecosystem network and client connectivity within relevant industry segments
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, must be proficient in MS PPT
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9+ years of SAP experience, ideal to have sold services such as implementations, upgrades, rollouts and support across a broad SAP suite
- Preference for supply chain focused transformations in Semiconductor environments
- Hunter mindset, with strong focus on net new pipeline creation within Semiconductor CMT accounts
- Ability to identify upcoming RFPs or deals by networking with key clients and leveraging an established SAP and industry ecosystem
- Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers, especially in Semiconductor supply chain, manufacturing, and technology transformations
- Global Delivery Model experience and ability to integrate offshore and distributed delivery into deal shaping and execution
