SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay (S2P) Program Lead About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact SAP S/4HANA S2P Program Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of procurement and supply chain processes within a global S/4HANA transformation program.
This role requires a senior leader with strong program ownership, solutioning expertise, and stakeholder management skills, capable of leading large-scale, multi-country implementations across LATAM.
You will play a critical role in aligning business processes with global templates while ensuring successful localization, adoption, and value realization.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End S2P Leadership
- Own the complete Source-to-Pay lifecycle (Procure-to-Pay) including sourcing, procurement, invoicing, and inventory integration
- Ensure alignment with global SAP S/4HANA templates while supporting regional/local requirements
- Lead the S2P track across all SAP Activate phases: Explore, Realize, Test, Deploy, and Run
- Drive Fit-to-Template workshops, delivery milestones, and governance processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, Logistics, and O2C
- Manage global delivery teams (onshore/offshore model)
- Define and oversee functional and technical design artifacts (FSDs, PDDs, WRICEF objects)
- Ensure adoption of SAP best practices and compliance with global standards
- Provide solution guidance in complex and ambiguous scenarios
- Lead data migration strategy and execution for suppliers, materials, purchasing, and inventory data
- Oversee data mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Ensure seamless integration with external and legacy systems
- Lead SIT, UAT, and defect resolution cycles
- Ensure go-live readiness, including cutover planning and execution
- Support hypercare and stabilization post-deployment
- Act as the primary point of contact for business, IT, and executive stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and communications in English and Spanish
- Build strong relationships across global and regional teams
- Drive business readiness and user adoption strategies
- Lead Train-the-Trainer programs and support end-user enablement
Required Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of SAP experience, with strong focus on MM / S2P / Procure-to-Pay
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in global rollout programs
- Strong track record leading large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams
- Experience working in global delivery models (onshore/offshore)
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and leadership
Mandatory Requirement
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Ability to lead workshops, training sessions, and executive interactions in both languages
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology
- Exposure to data migration tools and integration technologies
- Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments
- Experience managing multi-country LATAM implementations
