Life Sciences Associate Partner, Business Consulting - Digital Platform.
Infosys Consulting is looking for an a ccomplished consulting leader with 18-20 years of experience in SAP enabled transformations, with a strong track record in selling and delivering S/4HANA programs across Life Sciences clients in two or more in the areas of Pharmaceuticals, Med devices, Animal Health, Contract Manufacturing, Bio Pharma . We are looking for someone who has proven success leading SAP S/4HANA and has experience in bringing a powerful combination of strategic advisory, practice leadership, sales growth, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications:

We are looking for key account consulting anchors, leading sales, delivery & proposition development, with experience in some of the below areas:

• 18-20+ years of project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA.
• Proven experience in Life Sciences industry.
• Big 4 consulting experience
• Program Director or Program Manager on 2 to 3 large SAP S/4 Greenfield transformation programs (multi-country, end-to-end)
• Led at least one SAP Discovery / assessment phases and built business case
• Experience in at least two verticals: Manufacturing, CRL, SURE, Life Sciences, CMT
• Led SAP pursuits working with multiple PU's of consulting
  • Solutioning, estimation, and client orals
• SAP Migration Strategies
• • Defined: Migration strategies (Greenfield / Brownfield / Hybrid)
  • Target operating model / global template
• Sales & Practice Development
• Lead proposals and deal closure
• People Performance Management
• Some practice/accelerator/AI/POV contribution
• Ability to travel as/when required.

The range of total annual compensation (Base + Bonus) for this role is $280,000 to $406,667
