SAP Group Sales Lead
Infosys is hiring for a Group Practice Engagement Manager (Group Sales Lead) with SAP Sales or Consulting experience. We are hiring a senior leader for the CMT Practice Sales group to lead SAP driven growth and support the tremendous expansion in demand. Must have 14+ years of experience selling services or solutions or in a client facing, delivery or program management or consulting role.
Role Description:
As part of our SAP Practice Sales leadership team, you will play a critical role in building and scaling relationships and opportunities within existing as well as prospective clients, selling SAP ecosystem services and solutions. You will work as a trusted advisor and position Infosys as a partner of choice for SAP across strategic accounts.
You will work with Infosys industry new logo sales or GTM as well as client partner teams to drive and expand business across the Americas, with a strong emphasis on the Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) sector, particularly Semiconductor clients. You will collaborate with senior leadership and some of the best talent in the industry to shape innovative, high quality solutions aligned to client business outcomes.
This role is suited for a senior consultative SAP functional or techno functional seller who brings a strong sales leadership mindset, with a proven ability to build, scale, and lead net new pipeline and revenue growth, especially within Semiconductor and broader CMT domains.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth of the SAP CMT portfolio, expanding an existing business base. Mentor and guide a team of sales professionals and work in a centralized SAP overlay model aligned to CMT and Semiconductor growth priorities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 14+ years of validated experience, with strong sales or relationship management or account management experience
- 9+ years of selling SAP solutions in a client facing role, with strong preference for experience in Semiconductor or broader CMT industries
- Demonstrated success as a net new pipeline creator and revenue leader, particularly within CMT or Semiconductor clients
- Strong existing SAP ecosystem network and deep client connectivity within relevant industry segments
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts and influencing strategic client decisions
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, must be proficient in MS PPT
- Experience leading sales teams or mentoring junior sellers within a matrixed organization

- Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of SAP experience, with significant exposure to selling services such as implementations, upgrades, rollouts and support across a broad SAP suite
- Strong preference for supply chain focused transformations in Semiconductor environments
- Executive hunter mindset, with strong focus on net new pipeline creation and large deal origination within Semiconductor CMT accounts
- Ability to identify and shape large, complex opportunities by leveraging deep client relationships and SAP ecosystem partnerships
- Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers, especially in Semiconductor supply chain, manufacturing, and technology transformations
- Global Delivery Model experience and ability to integrate offshore and distributed delivery into large scale deal shaping and execution
- Experience leading strategic pursuits, including presenting SAP point of view and go to market strategy to senior client stakeholders
