The Team

Our Digital Platforms Practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable brands deliver value and business transformation enabled by digital ERP solutions and services. Our ERP services, covering strategy, implementation and innovation, help clients deliver true value and achieve their transformation agenda.
The Role
The SAP FP&A Consultant will support clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP-based Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) solutions. The role combines finance domain expertise with SAP technology, helping organizations improve budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation, or SAP FICO
• Strong understanding of:
  • Budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling
  • P&L, balance sheet, cash flow analysis
  • Cost center, profit center, and profitability analysis
  • Experience working with CFO, FP&A, or Controlling teams
  • Hands-on experience with one or more:
    • SAP S/4HANA Finance
    • SAP BPC Embedded / Standard
    • SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning preferred)
  • Good understanding of FI/CO integration
  • Experience with SAP reporting, SAC dashboards, or BW integration is a plus
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Experience working in SAP consulting

Estimated annual compensation will be $154,375 - $193,125
