Roles and Responsibilities:

In the role of a FICO Consultant, you will become active part of the Domain team to represent the Functional/Technical consulting for FI related. You will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be strategic in approach when settling for today's solution, but to constantly be looking at future releases, service packs and intended SAP future released functionality, ability to work minimum supervision. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. This role ensures the solution meets customer requirements and follows the principles of the project Methodology.

Skills /Competencies:

Essential Skills:

• Profound experience with full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA FICO with multi country rollouts preferred. Complete knowledge of integration with other modules (SD/MM/PP/WM).
• Chinese speaking skill is mandatory.
• Must have prior experience in Implementations, Rollout and Support experience is required in SAP FI on large international projects
• Requirement gathering, design, testing, documentation and Deployment support.

• Leads Fit 2 Standard Workshop with the customer, documents fit and potential gaps
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Change and Release Management, Configuration Management, Test Management and the Service Delivery organization to deliver as per SLAs with Downstream systems along
• Ability to work with the business team and understand the requirements and translate them to Functional specification
• Works with customer team to configure the selected business processes to meet customer requirement, develops solution and work around to address potential gaps
• Provides business process input to technical consultants addressing data migration, integration and potential extensibility
• SAP integration with different modules say (SD, MM, PP)
• FICO overview
• General ledger
• COA
• P2P cycle and its impact on A/c's
• O2C cycle and its impact on A/c's
• Asset accounting (integrates with MM, AR, AP, CO)
• Tax management
• Product costing

Preferred skills

• Application Knowledge of SAP HANA CLOUD, SAP FICO
• Understanding of extensibility of SAP S/4 HANA

Additional Skills:

• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.

Qualification :

• Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO
