Key Responsibilities
SAP EAM / PM Implementation & Configuration

• Design, configure, and support SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance solutions.
• Configure key PM components including:
  • Equipment and functional locations
  • Task lists, maintenance plans, and strategies
  • Preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance
  • Work orders, notifications, and confirmations
• Configure serial number management, warranties, and refurbishment cycles.

IS-Oil & Gas Asset Management

• Support Oil & Gas-specific asset management scenarios:
  • Refineries, pipelines, terminals, offshore platforms, and production facilities
  • High-value and safety-critical equipment
  • Shutdown, turnaround, and outage (STO) maintenance
• Align maintenance processes with upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

Integration with SAP Landscape

• Integrate SAP PM with:
  • SAP MM (spares, inventory, procurement)
  • SAP FICO (maintenance cost tracking, asset capitalization)
  • SAP PS (project-based maintenance, turnarounds)
  • SAP IS-Oil modules (as applicable)
• Support data consistency and accurate cost settlement.

Reliability & Performance Optimization

• Support preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Enable equipment history tracking and failure analysis.
• Support KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, asset availability, and maintenance cost optimization.
• Assist in continuous improvement of asset performance and maintenance efficiency.

Onsite Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with onsite maintenance planners, engineers, operations teams, and plant managers.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and solution design sessions.
• Support UAT, end-user training, and change management.
• Act as the primary onsite functional expert for SAP EAM / PM.

Support & Governance

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP PM.
• Troubleshoot configuration, master data, and transactional issues.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and best practices.
