Key Responsibilities
SAP Concur Implementation & Configuration
- Implement and support SAP Concur Travel & Expense, Invoice, and Audit solutions.
- Configure:
- Expense types, policies, and approval workflows
- Travel policies and compliance rules
- Invoice automation and vendor invoice approval processes
- Customize country-specific and entity-specific rules for Oil & Gas operations.
- Integrate SAP Concur with:
- SAP FICO (AP, GL, CO)
- SAP MM and HR (as applicable)
- Support integration scenarios using:
- Standard SAP Concur connectors
- IDocs / Web services / APIs
- Ensure accurate posting, reconciliation, and settlement of expenses and invoices.
- Support Oil & Gas-specific business scenarios such as:
- Site, field, and offshore travel expenses
- Rotation-based and project-based expense handling
- Cost center, WBS, and internal order-based expense allocation
- Align expense and invoice processes with upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and industry regulations.
- Configure tax handling (GST / VAT / local taxes) on expenses and invoices.
- Support statutory and internal audit requirements.
- Work with finance and compliance teams to ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory policies.

- Work directly with onsite finance, HR, procurement, and business users.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and solution walkthroughs.
- Support UAT, user training, and change management activities.
- Act as the primary onsite point of contact for SAP Concur-related initiatives.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP Concur.
- Troubleshoot configuration, integration, and posting issues.
- Coordinate with SAP Concur support and SAP ERP teams.
- Maintain documentation including configuration guides, SOPs, and user manuals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
- 5-10+ years of experience in SAP Concur
- Strong hands-on experience with Concur Travel & Expense and/or Concur Invoice
- Proven experience in SAP Concur integration with SAP FICO
- Good understanding of expense management, AP, and financial controls
- Exposure to IS-Oil & Gas business processes
- Experience working in onsite, client-facing roles
