Role Description:
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to manage application support and enhancement activities for Salesforce platforms within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will lead L2/L3 support teams, drive incident resolution, mentor technical resources, and ensure platform stability and performance. Strong experience in Salesforce development, support operations, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or banking, insurance, wealth management, or lending environments is highly preferred.
Location: Melbourne
Salary: 108,571 - 119,893 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce support operations and ensure SLA compliance.
- Act as the technical escalation point for critical incidents and production issues.
- Manage incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
- Lead a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and support analysts.
- Drive system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize support and enhancement requests.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong Salesforce administration and development experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Flows.
- Experience leading L2/L3 application support teams.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of Salesforce security and data governance.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing platforms.
- Background in Financial Services Cloud, Banking, Insurance, or Wealth Management domains.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
