• In the role of Salesforce Developer, understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases.
• Manages tasks and projects in a fast-paced support environment, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.
• Develops scalable and maintainable Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder.
• Collaborates with business analysts, QA teams, and senior developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Writes clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to organizational and platform best practices.
• Assists in unit testing and debugging, resolving technical issues in coordination with the development and QA teams.
• Stays updated on Salesforce platform releases and applies new features where appropriate to improve solution efficiency.
• Participates in Agile ceremonies and contributes to sprint deliverables by effectively managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Supports deployment activities and assists in troubleshooting issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborates with the team to ensure proper documentation, version control, and technical knowledge sharing.

Locations for this position are Mexico (Monterrey, Mexico City & Guadalajara) .
Qualifications Basic

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 3-4+ years related experience in Salesforce Force.com platform/Cloud implementations (i.e. Sales, Service, Experience etc.)

Mandatory Skillsets:

• Experience in Salesforce development and implementations Skills with good command on Apex, Visual force, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs and web services.
• Best Practices understanding on Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce Integration, Security implementations.
• Writing Apex Classes, Visual Force Pages, Apex Triggers, Controllers to implement complex business requirements.
• Has experience in the Salesforce domain and have a deep understanding of the Salesforce sales Cloud & communities' solutions.
• Should be Salesforce Certified

Other Relevant Experience

• Proficient in English communication
• Experience working as part of a Scrum team practicing Agile development methodologies.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
