Role Description: Are you passionate about leading transformative technology strategies? We're looking for a Principal Consultant to join our team
We're seeking a Lead Consultant - Salesforce Architect with deep experience delivering at scale in multi-cloud Salesforce programs. You will design, govern, and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem, integrating seamlessly with enterprise and legacy platforms. You will drive solution architecture, integration patterns, data modelling, security design, and DevOps/CI-CD automation using Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities (Apex, Lightning Web Components, MuleSoft, OmniStudio). You will ensure adherence to architectural standards, data residency and privacy regulations in Australia, and lead technical governance across the program.

Salary: AUD 129,311 - 142,018 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will work directly with the client to understand their needs and detailed requirements, and will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust solution to meet those needs, eventually communicating that solution in a clear and professional manner to client stakeholder executives.
- Your role is to take ownership of all technical aspects of a Force.com implementation including custom code, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products.
- You are responsible for successfully designing and managing the delivery of cloud based solutions and technologies. These technologies include--but are not necessarily limited to Salesforce.com products and APIs, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, Amazon Web Services, Heroku, mobile development technologies, and integration/ETL technologies
- You will lead the overall solution Architecture of Salesforce Implementations. Contribute to Key solution design decisions and drive the team.
- You will be assuming technical responsibility for all stages of the software development process to ensure compliance with application development standards and achievement of documented requirements
- You will be utilizing your technical expertise in the requirements analysis phase to ensure the solution is both fit for purpose and fit for use
- Should have solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development of Salesforce.com products
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives with competing deadlines end to end from concept through to delivery, and all stages of application lifecycle
- Candidate will be required to create Environment plan and the security, data migration, testing approaches.
- Candidate will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, internal capability building and marketing support. Candidate will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Over 15 years of experience in IT & Consulting , specifically focusing on Salesforce and related technology platforms
- 8+ years' experience in developing technology solutions in Salesforce implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com architecture and APIs
- Ability to quickly scale up on the domain and deliver efficient bug free code quickly.
- Ability to identify areas of Automation and implement using tools and reusable components
- Ability to contribute in architecture review sessions with inputs to architecture team through framework analysis.
- Ability to do technical research and work on POCs
- Should possess good communication skills and ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Ability to do Performance engineering of design and code.
- Experience in completing multiple salesforce.com implementation projects requiring integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs.
- Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise both within the SFDC platform and in related technologies such as client side scripting libraries (e.g. Angular) and ETL/ESB integration tools (e.g. Informatica)
- Strong understanding of relational databases structure and functionality
- Platform Developer 1 certification and Platform developer 2 certification
- 1 - 2 Salesforce Designer Certifications
- Experience on Financial Services cloud ,
- Experience in ncino and 201 commercial certification or higher.
- Experience on Vlocity, Cloudsense.
- Domain experience in banking ,insurance, telecom and public services
- Experience with RESTful webservices
- Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management
- Competency with Microsoft SQL Server, MYSQL, postgreSQL or Oracle.
