RTR Specialist with Polish

Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
RTR Accountant
Location: Bucharest - hybrid work

Responsibilities:
Performing period/year end closing activities
Preparation and posting of journal entries
Internal and external periodical reporting
Preparation of balance sheet accounts reconciliations
Fixed Assets accounting
Bank accounting
Creation and update of process documentation
Intercompany transactions
Participation in audits

Requirements:
2 years of experience in Record to Report area
Fluent English and Polish (min. B2 level)
Good understanding of accounting rules
Excel knowledge (v-lookup, pivot tables, functions)
Working knowledge of SAP/SAP4HANA
Higher education in accounting/finance and/ or accounting courses would be an asset
Analytical skills
Very good communication skills and attitude for problem solving
Team player
Customer focus
Readiness for work in over hours during month end closures
Openness for working in hybrid mode
