Short Description:

The RPA Solution Designer will be responsible for designing, architecting, and documenting automation solutions that align with business requirements and enterprise standards. This role bridges business stakeholders, RPA developers, and IT teams to ensure scalable, efficient, and secure automation delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture
  

• Translate business requirements into detailed RPA solution designs.
  

• Define end-to-end automation workflows, including exception handling and integration points.
  

• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.
  

• Stakeholder Collaboration
  

• Work closely with business analysts, process SMEs, and developers to validate requirements.
  

• Present solution designs to stakeholders and obtain approvals.
  

• Act as a subject matter expert for RPA tools and frameworks.
  

• Documentation & Standards
  

• Prepare solution design documents (SDDs), process definition documents (PDDs), and technical specifications.
  

• Maintain reusable components and design patterns for consistency.
  

• Quality & Risk Management
  

• Conduct feasibility assessments and identify automation opportunities.
  

• Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and optimized for performance.
  

• Support testing and deployment phases with design clarifications.
  

Skills /Competencies:

• Technical Expertise
  

• Strong knowledge of RPA platforms (UiPath).
  

• Experience in designing automation solutions across multiple business domains.
  

• Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations.
  

• Professional Skills
  

• Excellent documentation and communication skills for executive and technical audiences.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Experience
  

• 5+ years in automation delivery, with at least 3 years in solution design/architecture.
  

• Prior experience in enterprise-scale RPA programs preferred.
