Risk Control PO/BA
Infosys is seeking a Risk Control Product Owner/Business Analyst. In this role, you will lead the definition and delivery of product capabilities within the Risk and Controls domain, with a strong focus on Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and monitoring and testing platforms. With hands-on experience working in Agile environments, partnering closely with business, risk, compliance, and technology teams to translate control and regulatory requirements into scalable, well-designed product solutions. You will operate across multiple Scrum teams, requiring strong dependency management, early identification of risks, and effective coordination across platforms and stakeholders. Experience with AI-enabled capabilities is a strong plus, though not a mandatory requirement. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidate must be located within the commuting distance of Dallas/Richardson, TX or Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to any of these locations. This position may require travel to project locations.

- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Strong experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Agile/Scrum experience in backlog management, user stories, sprint planning in Technology Risk and control domain
- Hands-on experience with user story writing, story mapping, backlog management, and Scrum ceremonies.
- Solid understanding of Risk & Controls frameworks, including RCSA.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize the items that maximize business value while receiving requests from multiple stakeholders at the same times.
- Proven ability to convert regulatory/business requirements into product deliverables, strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience in maintaining end-to-end ownership of features - from requirement discovery through design, development, testing, deployment, and production sign-off.

- Exposure to AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics in a product or platform context (hands-on experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Own and articulate the product vision / value stream vision as the north star guiding strategic outcomes for supported Scrum teams.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog for risk and control capabilities to maximize business value.
- Lead story mapping, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and functional design activities to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define features and functionality that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Break down and refine requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria, enabling efficient sprint execution.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, target-state platforms, and dependencies.
- Identify and manage cross-team and cross-platform dependencies, proactively addressing risks, data issues, and integration challenges.
- Participate in testing, review, and release readiness activities, and accept completed work before production deployment.
- Track and report post launch product performance, incorporating feedback into the backlog for continuous improvement
- Partner with data, engineering, and platform teams to support integration of AI capabilities into risk and control platforms
- Contribute to initiatives involving AI-enabled or data-driven capabilities, such as intelligent monitoring, automation, or insights generation
- Communicate priorities, risks, timelines, and trade-offs clearly across stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making and SAFe alignment. Ensure solutions align with risk, governance, and expectations.
