Regional Marketing Manager - Canada
Role Overview
Infosys is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead market-facing marketing initiatives across key priority markets. Serving as a strategic marketing partner to business leadership, this role will drive business growth, executive engagement, client advocacy, strategic events, ecosystem partnerships, and regional market activation programs that strengthen Infosys' market presence, deepen client relationships, and contribute to pipeline growth.
Working closely with business leaders, sales, industry teams, alliance partners, and specialist marketing functions, the successful candidate will develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned to business priorities. The role requires strong stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate business objectives into impactful marketing programs that deliver measurable business outcomes across assigned markets and strategic growth initiatives. The primary focus of the role will be key Canadian market, while also supporting broader regional marketing programs and business priorities as required.

Key Responsibilities
Business & Market Growth
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.
- Partner with sales and industry teams to support strategic accounts, client engagement, pipeline development, and business growth initiatives.
- Identify priority industries, accounts, and growth opportunities to maximize marketing impact and business outcomes.
- Align marketing investments and activities to key business priorities and market opportunities.
- Lead executive engagement programs including CXO roundtables, client hospitality initiatives, executive forums, innovation showcases, and industry events.
- Develop and expand client advocacy programs, including client references, success stories, speaking opportunities, award nominations, and peer engagement activities.
- Manage Infosys participation in key conferences, industry forums, and business events.
- Build relationships with key business associations, industry organizations, and stakeholder communities.
- Partner with regional, global, and corporate marketing teams to localize and activate marketing programs in support of business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with extended marketing teams including digital marketing, analyst relations, communications, employer branding, content, and ABM teams to ensure alignment and market impact.
- Identify opportunities to elevate thought leadership, executive visibility, client success stories, and market engagement across priority industries and accounts.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business leadership and broader marketing teams to ensure priorities are effectively translated into executable marketing programs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute co-marketing programs, executive engagements, events, and content initiatives that strengthen partner relationships and generate business opportunities.

- Serve as a strategic marketing advisor to business leadership, supporting priority growth initiatives, executive communications, and key business programs.
- Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and recommendations that support business growth and client engagement.
- Drive alignment between regional and global marketing priorities to maximize effectiveness and business impact.
- Support flagship marketing programs, executive engagement initiatives, and strategic growth opportunities across assigned markets.
- Establish and track marketing performance metrics aligned to business objectives, including pipeline contribution, client engagement, brand visibility, event impact, and partner marketing outcomes.
- Provide actionable insights, market intelligence, and performance reporting to regional and global leadership, identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and business results.
- Measure and communicate the value of marketing investments across campaigns, executive programs, client advocacy initiatives, events, partnerships, and market activation activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 6-8 years of B2B marketing experience within technology, consulting, professional services, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and business landscapes.
- Proven experience managing executive engagement programs, strategic events, client-facing initiatives, and integrated marketing programs.
- Experience working closely with senior business leaders, sales teams, and client-facing stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within technology services, AI, cloud, digital transformation, consulting, or related industries.
- Familiarity with enterprise marketing, account engagement, and partner ecosystems.
- Experience working with alliance partners, industry associations, and external agencies.
- Experience supporting multi-market or regional business organizations.
- French language proficiency is an asset.
