Record to Report Global Process Owner (GPO)

Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Record to Report Global Process Owner (GPO)
Location: Lodz - hybrid or remote work

Responsibilities:
TRANSITION (PD, KT & SET-UP)
Ensuring proper validation of scope, volumes, and assumptions during the DD/PD phase.
Reviewing and validating the KT plan, team structure, and process documentation, including maintenance of exception logs and review/sign-off of SOPs.
Conducting team readiness assessments.
Driving implementation of domain essentials.
Discussing and deciding on ownership and responsibility for handling aged open legacy items.
Supporting COH in process and governance set up.

TRANSFORMATION
Driving process standardization and harmonization in cooperation with Delivery.
Leading benchmarking activities and sharing best practices.
Steering the Transformation Roadmap in collaboration with Delivery and the Client.
Overseeing digitization and change management of transformed processes in partnership with Client and Delivery teams.
Identifying and delivering committed productivity benefits.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Signing off on the quality framework and associated governance model.
Cooperating with the Quality team in identifying and implementing improvement actions.

DOMAIN SUPPORT
In periods of operational disruption: monitoring process metrics, business KPIs and productivity, and providing expert consultation.
Supporting contract renewals as needed.

Requirements:
6-10 years of relevant experience.
Fluent English (verbal & written)
Strong process expertise in the Finance & Accounting - RTR domain.
Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies.
Focus on process digitalization and implementation of AI-driven solutions.
Degree or additional coursework in Finance & Accounting would be an asset.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
