React Native Developer

Infosys is seeking a React Native Lead Developer. In the role of Technology Lead, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. Location for this position is Brentwood, TN or Richardson, TX . This position may require travel.

Qualifications
Basic

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4+ years of experience with Information Technology
• At least 4 years of experience in React Native

Preferred

• 6+ year's overall experience in mobile app based front-end development in native and cross-platform mobile technologies
• Min 4+ years of experience in React Native based cross-platform mobile application development for both iOS and Android
• Expertise in React Native components, libraries, framework upgrades, routing, SDK, Dev Tools, debugging and native modules
• Ability to define cross-platform mobile app solution options, provide estimates on effort and risk, and evaluate technical feasibility
• Experience in mobile application technical design, packaging, and deployment
• Experience in mobile app performance testing, tools and mobile security
• Experience in integrating complex mobile front-end pages with back-end APIs/microservices
• Experience directly working on teams with DevOps responsibilities
• Proficient in performing peer technical code reviews and pair programming activities
• Knowledgeable with version control systems (GitHub) and issue tracking (Jira)
• Ability to lead the team and take bottom-line responsibility of work delivered by the team
• Ability to communicate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and with Clients
• Experience in leading onsite/offshore teams

• Proven track record of being self-directed, results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals despite ambiguity and multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and business-facing

Experience with Agile/Scrum ways of working

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
