React Native Developer

React Native Developer with 6-8 years of overall experience in mobile application development to design, build, and maintain high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in React Native, modern JavaScript frameworks, and mobile architecture, along with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and high-quality mobile solutions
• Ensure performance optimization, responsiveness, and smooth user experience across devices
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party libraries, SDKs, and backend services
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect designs
• Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code
• Perform code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and memory leaks
• Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams throughout the SDLC
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

• Strong hands-on experience with React Native (4+ years preferred)
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
• Strong understanding of React concepts: Hooks, Context, State management (Redux/Redux Toolkit/MobX)

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
• Good knowledge of mobile architecture patterns and component-based design
• Experience with Android and iOS mobile app lifecycles
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems
• Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques
