Your role

In the role of Quality Engineering Lead , you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients' business needs. • Talent should possess over 6 years of hands-on experience in WorkSoft automation scripting using Certify for SAP ECC or S/4 HANA and execution with CTM.
• Talent should have SAP functional knowledge of any module (SD/MM/FI etc.)
• WorkSoft certified in SAP is preferred
• Knowledge of integration of WorkSoft with other tools, other components of WorkSoft Business Capture, Analyze etc.
• Talent should have knowledge in API testing using WorkSoft

• Talent should be able to analyze the given scenario and come up with the test approach.
• Talent should be solid, proactive, and capable of learning quickly, allowing them to take on responsibilities with minimal guidance
• Problem solving skills. Talent should have ability to solve the problem and situation applying his knowledge and skills.

• Talent should be able to challenge if the person opposite is wrong.
• Ability to speak to customer: Talent should be able to speak to Product owner and understand the requirements by asking right questions.
