Qlik and Hyperion Support Lead

Infosys is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Qlik and Hyperion Support Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing reporting and financial planning systems to ensure business continuity and high-quality data availability. As a support lead you will provide L2/L3 support for Qlik (QlikView/Qlik Sense) and Oracle Hyperion applications. Monitor and manage daily scheduled jobs, data loads, and system performance. Investigate and resolve user-reported issues within defined SLAs. Collaborate with business users to troubleshoot reporting/data discrepancies. Coordinate with upstream/downstream system owners for data feed issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring problems. Document support activities, incident resolutions, and standard operating procedures. Assist in testing and deploying patches, upgrades, or enhancements as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Blue Bell, PAor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
  • Experience with providing L2/L3 support for Qlik (QlikView/Qlik Sense) and Oracle Hyperion applications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Good understanding of data integration, data quality and data architecture
  • Strong DataStage experience both in Support and Development
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft BI tools (SSIS) is a plus.
  • Experience in Relational Modeling, Dimensional Modeling and Modeling of Unstructured Data
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL, Unix shell scripting
  • Skilled in scripting languages including Python, Bash, and PowerShell
  • Familiarity with log and monitoring solutions
  • Experience in utilizing development containers, unit testing/code quality review/linting - standard best practice
  • Good understanding of Agile software development frameworks
  • Strong communication and Analytical skills
  • Ability to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teams
  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
