QA Test Planning and Coordination

Key responsibilities
Test Planning and Coordination:
- Develop detailed test plans based on program requirements.
- Coordinate test activities across internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure test environments, data, and tools are prepared and available.
- Ensure alignment with program goals and stakeholder expectations.
Stakeholder Alignment and Coordination:
- Act as the central point of contact for all testing-related activities.
- Collaborate with program managers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Regularly update stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Test Execution & Monitoring:
- Oversee execution of test cases, ensuring adherence to scope and timelines.
- Track progress, oversee defect tracking, resolution, and reporting to ensure quality standards are met, and escalate issues promptly.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups or status meetings during the test phase.
- Ensure proper test coverage and adherence to established testing protocols.
Reporting:
- Ensure proper documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
- Provide clear and timely reporting on test progress, defects, and risks.
- Prepare phase-end summaries and contribute to go/no-go decisions.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and dependencies related to testing activities.
- Develop mitigation plans to address risks proactively.
Required
- Playwright or Karate or similar framework,
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and test lifecycle management.
- Extensive experience in BAT (and SIT) phases of testing.
- Proven track record of managing testing efforts for multiple parallel initiatives.
- Strong skills in stakeholder alignment, coordination, and communication.
