Python, pySpark, SQL Developer

Infosys is seeking a Python, Java Snowflake Developer . In the role of Technology Lead, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Experience
• 4 years of software development experience with a strong focus on Python, Java and Snowflake

Preferred Qualifications:-

Strong programming expertise in:

• UI developer - HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
• AWS services - Batch, EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, Infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred), Step Functions etc.;
• Development background - Java or Python - scripting;
• Snowflake;
• Familiarity with analytical tools.

Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs)

• Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI preferred, but not mandatory)
  
• Advanced SQL (Joins, indexing, query optimization)
  
• Experience with version control tools (Git).
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
