Required
- At least 8 years of experience in Project managing large CRM implementation programs preferably in Microsoft D365
- Strong proficiency in Project Management and Client engagement skills
- Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios
- Solution estimation methods
- High impact Communication skills
- Business Acumen
- Customer Orientation
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Business level proficiency in Japanese and English
- Knowledge of Proposal building methods
- Project Management certification
- Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment
- Act as single point of contact for all interactions with the Customer
- Facilitate/coordinate meetings, interactions with the key business users
- Review and define the tasks and resource planning
- Ensure deliverables are reviewed internally and submitted to the customer on time
- Provide oversight to all delivery aspects of the project
- Prepares the weekly status reports and provide inputs to the Program Manager
- Prepare Project Plan highlighting weekly tasks for the team
- Track the project execution vs the plan - monitor the progress
- Maintain Risk and Issue Register for the project
- Keeps the team motivated and committed to the project delivery

- 顧客とのすべてのやり取りにおける単一窓口として対応。
- 主要な業務ユーザーとの会議ややり取りの調整・促進。
- タスクおよびリソース計画のレビューと定義。
- 納品物の社内レビューを実施し、期限内に顧客へ提出。
- プロジェクトのすべてのデリバリー面に対する監督。
- 週次ステータスレポートの作成およびプログラムマネージャーへの報告。
- チームの週次タスクを明示したプロジェクト計画の作成。
- プロジェクトの進捗を計画と照らし合わせて追跡・監視。
- プロジェクトのリスクおよび課題管理表の維持。
- チームのモチベーション維持とプロジェクトへのコミットメント促進。
必須スキル・経験
- Microsoft D365 を中心とした大規模 CRM 導入プロジェクトのプロジェクト管理経験が 8 年以上。
- プロジェクト管理およびクライアント対応スキルにおける高い熟練度。
- 高度な分析手法を用いて複雑なクライアント課題を特定・解決する能力。
- ソリューション見積もり手法の理解。
- 高い影響力を持つコミュニケーション能力。
- ビジネス感覚、顧客志向、計画・調整能力。
- 日本語および英語でのビジネスレベルの言語能力。
歓迎スキル
- 提案書作成に関する知識。
- プロジェクト管理関連の認定資格。
- コンサルティング環境での勤務経験と意欲。
