RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end program strategies and governance frameworks.
  • Lead planning, execution, resource coordination and delivery oversight for migration activities.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, QA, architecture, infrastructure and vendor teams.
  • Guide technical migration activities involving applications, database and integration points.
  • Coordinate testing cycles including system testing, integration testing and user acceptance.
  • Establish quality expectations, acceptance criteria and delivery standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies across workstreams.
  • Facilitate effective communication and reporting with stakeholders and leadership.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
  • Background in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in managing IT programs or projects involving system migration or enhancement.
  • Strong understanding of system integration, testing cycles and enterprise coordination.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

PERFERRED:
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Taiwanese language is required.
