Project Manager

Infosys is seeking a Project Manager. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced years of experience as a Project and Program Manager. Strong and proven practical experience in project management, which was gained through successfully managing large and complex projects.
• Experience leading projects through Agile/Iterative methodologies and managing PI cycles
• Significant experience using JIRA to manage Sprints and project delivery.
• Scrum Master and PMP certification strongly desired
• Experience working in a technology division of a large banking institution desired
• Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Extremely organized
• Advanced presentation skills
• Ability to navigate in global, large, and complex organization
• Strong ability to influence without authority

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 99,431 to $ 147836
