Short Description:
In this role , will be responsible for test strategies and plans based on project requirement. This will also involve leading test execution and defect management. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintain automation framework using Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured etc. Should be good mentor and guide the team members. You will also contribute in creating solutions and approach for proposals on QA for our customers
Location: Perth, Australia.
Salary: AUD 129,311 - 142,018 Annual Gross

PM Job Description / Requirements
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resources for effective project execution.
- Deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
- Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress.
- Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
- Oversee IT delivery programs, organizational change, and process integration.
- Measure and report project performance; escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and manage expectations.
- Perform risk management and resolve project issues.
- Manage release plans, change requests, and status reporting.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Communicate project information accurately and timely.
- Ensure successful implementation of services per client processes and standards.
- Identify and remove blockers; limit work in progress.
- Facilitate retrospectives and implement improvements.
- Manage conflicts and escalate unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with Product Owners for timely testing and feedback.
- Demonstrate accountability and proactive priority management.
- Foster a growth mindset and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work with distributed teams and achieve outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail; effective interaction with senior stakeholders.

- PMP / PRINCE II certification (preferred).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- 5+ years PM experience (10+ for senior PM).
- Experience managing Agile/Waterfall projects, including release planning and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
